2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you sign in, we collect basic profile information provided by your authentication provider (e.g., Google OAuth via NextAuth): your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not store your password.

2.2 User-Uploaded Content

Images and text prompts you submit for video generation are uploaded to our storage infrastructure (Cloudflare R2) and passed to the relevant AI model provider for processing. Generated videos are stored and made accessible to you via your account.

2.3 Payment Information

Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Shotra does not store your full payment card details. We receive transaction confirmations and billing information from Stripe as needed to credit your account.

2.4 Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including the models you select, credits consumed, generation history, and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the Service and detect abuse.

2.5 Log Data

Our servers automatically record information when you access the Service, including your IP address, browser type, referring URLs, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and service diagnostics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Process your video generation requests and deliver results.
• Manage your account and credit balance.
• Process payments and send transaction receipts.
• Respond to support requests and communications.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party service providers who may process your data:

• Google (OAuth): Used for account authentication via NextAuth. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare R2: Object storage for uploaded images and generated videos.
• AI Model Providers: Your input images and prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Kling AI and Runway) to generate videos. These providers process your content according to their own privacy and data retention policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generation history for as long as your account is active. Uploaded images and generated videos are stored for a reasonable period to allow you to access them; we may implement automatic expiry policies in the future and will notify you before doing so.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you authenticated and to maintain your session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but this may prevent some features of the Service from functioning correctly.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
